3. TIMELESS
Timeless are the photos and videos that we took of Jackie after his birth and while he was with us. These memories will forever be ageless and kept as precious keepsakes of a moment in time where everything was absolutely perfect. As time goes on viewing these memories becomes more and more sacred. Some days it is still hard to look at them and other days…it is…it is healthy and beautiful…it’s hard to explain. They are a reminder that he lived…he was here…we had him for 10 beautiful days. I can recall each and everyone of those days…though sometimes the timeline may be scattered due to lake of sleep…I can recall these days vividly…as if I am still living them in the back of my mind…they too are timeless…never ageing…moments in time that will forever be held in my mind and in my heart.
I cannot help but to also mention how timeless the memories are that I am sharing about Bear in, “Our Journey to Jackie.” Though we do not know what gender you are nor what you look like. You were still here, you were growing…and as quickly as you arrived you slipped away peacefully. Timeless are the moments in time that will forever be held in my mind and in my heart.
I will never forget the moment your heart stopped and mine kept beating.
